Considerations

How far in advance should we enquire?

We accept a select number of engagements each season. Six to twelve weeks is ideal; intimate occasions may be arranged in less.

Do you accommodate dietary requirements?

Always. Our chef de cuisine designs around any dietary, allergen or cultural requirement with full discretion.

Where do you operate?

Our principal house operates city-wide and across the region. Destination engagements are arranged on request.

Is there a minimum engagement?

We curate occasions from intimate dinners of eight to galas of a thousand. Each is priced privately.
